STEP ONE
Create your team
All players (boys and girls) must be born between 2006-2014 to compete in the Pacific Futsal League. Your roster size must range from 8 minimum to 10 maximum players.
Register your team
STEP TWO
Coaches/Managers must submit their team fee of $980 to the Bellevue Boys & Girls Club. This payment can be made over the phone at (425)998-5795 or in person at Hidden Valley Fieldhouse.

STEP Three
Register each player
Each player must individually register with the Boys & Girls Club. During registration you will need to provide your team name and age level.
Players will be asked to pay their annual Boys & Girls Club membership, which includes supplemental health insurance. If a player has a current membership, they will not be charged again.
